Introducing Dungeonbreaker, Dicebreaker’s new Dungeons & Dragons 5E actual play series

Featuring dinosaur racing, swamp goblins and one very rich half-elf.

We’re very excited to reveal the first episode of Dungeonbreaker, Dicebreaker’s new Dungeons & Dragons actual play series!

For our debut episode, dungeon master Johnny created a brilliant adventure for the Dicebreaker team to embark upon based in high-tech setting Eberron, one of the newest Dungeons & Dragons worlds to come to the fifth edition of the fantasy RPG. It’s a land set in the wake of a vast war where magic and technology collide, with airships and trains powered by sorcery.

In episode one of Dungeonbreaker, our motley crew of adventurers hunts for Sisqo, a missing racing-saur with a penchant for dried meat (and the odd petting). Join us as we traipse the perilous swamplands, carouse in the mighty Greenheart dinosaur-racing arena and bamboozle officials aplenty.

While we won’t spoil what’s in store and leave Wheels, Sara, Meehan, Lolies and Matt’s Dungeons & Dragons characters to introduce themselves in the video, know that you’re in for a treat. So sit back and join us on a wild journey through the wastes of magic Eberron.

This is the first episode of Dungeonbreaker’s first season. You can expect weekly episodes from now to continue the story - along with some surprises we have planned for the future. You won’t want to miss it.

In-between seasons of D&D 5E, we’ll also be playing tabletop RPGs that aren’t Dungeons & Dragons on Dungeonbreaker - let us know your favourite games and systems in the comments and we might end up giving them a go.

If watching us play inspires you to start your own Dungeons & Dragons campaign, don’t forget to check out our handy beginner’s guides on how to play Dungeons & Dragons 5E, tips on Dungeons & Dragons 5E character creation and more. We hope you have as good a time playing as us!
