We invent the greatest board games that don’t exist in the first live Dicebreaker Podcast!

New time, new format, same old nonsense.

The Dicebreaker Podcast is back, but not quite as you knew it! We’ve got a rejigged format, some fun new games to play - including the exciting debut of The Board Game Name Game Game™ - and all of it recorded LIVE with an audience (that’s you!) each Friday.

That means you can now expect the audio version of the podcast to drop each Monday, giving you the weekend to catch the video version if you missed it live on Friday at 2pm BST.

Much is different, but what hasn’t changed is our love of tangents into other topics of conversation, our disdain for Monopoly and the chance to drop a reference to a beloved children’s TV classic.

This week, Lolies has been playing Partners, Wheels has been checking out the new Summoner Wars, Matt continues to lose at Oath and Meehan has been Rolling & Fighting in Vengeance.

All this, plus the best ways to use Top Trumps without actually playing Top Trumps, our thoughts on the future of board games and the first games we want to play once lockdown’s over.

Enjoy the revamped Dicebreaker Podcast in audio form on Spotify, iTunes, Stitcher and Google Podcasts. Head over here for the RSS feed.

Want the live experience? Head over to our YouTube channel, where you can follow along with the live chat from the original stream. We’ll be back live and kicking at 2pm BST this Friday, so join us then to throw your questions at the team in real-time.

Prefer to send in your questions and messages the old way? That’s all good too. We love hearing from listeners - you can email podcast@dicebreaker.com, tweet @joindicebreaker or simply comment below to reach the team.
